Our mission is to help people develop and maintain healthier lives through education and individual coaching. Our dedicated and compassionate staff treats all patients as if they were family and only offers high quality coaching in a positive and safe atmosphere. One-on-one consultations are for new clients who have done their research and know that they want to get started immediately or prefer a private meeting. We also offer a group setting workshop where clients can get started at a discounted rate. Attending our workshop gives you the freedom to decide if Ideal Protein is right for you. All workshops are listed on our workshop calendar.

Two ways to begin

During your weekly one-on-one meeting with your coach, you will be weighed, measured, have your blood pressure monitored and we will calculate your BMI and Body Fat Percentage for you.

In keeping with our commitment to your health, we want to ensure that there are no current or past health concerns that may preclude you from participating in the Ideal Protein. One of our doctors will sit down with you to review your comprehensive health history before starting your journey.

We hold your hand for the first few weeks until you fully understand the program. We assist you by helping you design your menu and also giving you supportive calls.
