2 Ways To Begin
One-on-one consultations are for new clients who have done their research and know that they want to get started immediately or prefer a private meeting. We also offer a group setting workshop where clients can get started at a discounted rate. Attending our workshop gives you the freedom to decide if Ideal Protein is right for you. All workshops are listed on our workshop calendar.
Everything Is Measured
During your weekly one-on-one meeting with your coach, you will be weighed, measured, have your blood pressure monitored and we will calculate your BMI and Body Fat Percentage for you.
Physician Supervised
In keeping with our commitment to your health, we want to ensure that there are no current or past health concerns that may preclude you from participating in the Ideal Protein. One of our doctors will sit down with you to review your comprehensive health history before starting your journey.
A Custom Menu
We hold your hand for the first few weeks until you fully understand the program. We assist you by helping you design your menu and also giving you supportive calls.

There are no secrets here. There is no magic. I’m not any more special than anyone reading this right now. I’m Teresa. I’ve struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I’ve never been the “skinny little girl” and I was always put in the back row for school pictures. Athletic throughout school, I thought I could spin myself thin. I was wrong. What really pushed me over the edge? My third pregnancy.
